Go Row
We worked with British Rowing to launch Go Row, a platform that allows people to easily find and book onto rowing courses run by clubs across the UK. It was launched around the time of the 2024 Paris Olympics as lots of people get to experience the sport for the first time watching our Olympians on the TV and fancy having a go themselves. Main Page
Welcomes potential rowers to the British Rowing ‘Go Row’ platform. To make the website more visually engaging we added a rotating banner.
Course Search
Users enter their postcode to find courses running nearest to home. The map on the left gives a visual representation of the course locations. Below courses are listed by distance and users can click on the ‘details’ button to find out more. The ‘Go Row’ platform integrates with British Rowing’s ‘Just Go’ system which fetches data about the rowing courses from across the UK.
Course Details
Once the user has clicked on ‘details’ more information is brought up about the particular course. On the left the location is shown on the map. This page also features an image from the rowing club, basic details about the course and the option to book via the red button below. Further down the page there are more in depth details given about the course on offer.
Registration Form
Rowers must first register their details to enable them to book onto their chosen course. This page captures customer details and stores them onto the British Rowing Membership system.
Payment Page
This page takes customer payments securely using Stripe, a software add-on. It also shows the details recorded from the previous registration page. Once the registration and payment are complete the customer will receive an email to confirm.
