The client had a stunning new luxury lodge and needed a digital presence that would do it justice. They were keen to move away from third-party booking platforms, wanting to build a direct relationship with their guests and retain more revenue in the process.
The challenge was twofold — create a website beautiful enough to sell the luxury experience at a glance, while keeping the booking journey so simple and intuitive that potential guests would book with confidence rather than abandoning in favour of a familiar aggregator.
